Winter Workouts


Winter Workouts will begin in January!

Dates for winter workouts are:

January 7, 2018
January 14, 2018
January 21, 2018
January 28, 2018
February 4, 2018
February 11, 2018 (no pitching for U10/U16/U19 only as we don't have the north court)
March 4, 2018
March 11, 2018

The sessions are as follows for Pitching:

U10 and U14 pitching: 8:00am - 9:00am
U12 and U16/U19 pitching: 9:00am - 10:00 am
February 11 no pitching for U10, U16/U19

The sessions are as follows for Winter Workouts:

U10 winter workouts: 10:00am - 11:00 am
U12 winter workouts: 11:00am - 12:00pm
U14 winter workouts: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
U16/U19 winter workouts: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
