Hello coaches and managers,
This email is a reminder that the September 1 deadline for the Softball Alberta Awards and Scholarships is coming up!
In an effort to recognize and acknowledge our members, Softball Alberta has several awards to offer on an annual basis. The awards acknowledge the efforts and achievements of our Softball members throughout the Province.
Anyone can send in a nominations for a coach, athlete or umpire. Nominations should be detailed and concise, as the selections are primarily made from the information included in the nominations. For the U19 and above categories and umpires, Softball Alberta also recognizes our student athletes. There are 10 annual scholarships available to assist student athletes with the cost of post-secondary education. Please see our scholarships page for criteria and application processes for each: https://www.softballalberta.ca/awards/scholarships/
